    Hey all

    I have been reading this blog on and off for about a year now most just for workout ideas; only just decided to give over to the lifestyle and try it out. I am currently about six days in and am really fatigued - i train hard about 4 days a week and play football (soccer for you guys) the other two. considered the possibility of overtraining but i enjoy my routine, is there anyway to get extra fuel. It seems like everything i eat i burn off in 2 hours and im wanting more.

    also ive just bought the book is there anything in that that isnt covered on the blog?

    any help will be appriciated.

    You should eat more carbs then. The PB does not have to be low-carb. Suit yourself.

    well today i had

    B - 3 poached eggs
    snack - 2 bananas
    L- tuna /w loads off lectuce and some beetroot
    D- 2 beef burgers ( no bun ) large salad side and some olive oil fried onions and tomatos
    snack - 1 apple and about 50 g of peanuts

    Yes, you seem to be doing great but eat more fat. Add in some more carbs to if you need to. And, ditch the peanuts! Go for some almonds, macadamias, pistachios, etc.
