I don't eat chicken raw, ever. Eggs, only occasionally, usually when mixed in a milkshake. I don't buy grocery store eggs.

The Primal diet isn't necessarily carnivorous, nor is it necessarily raw. Some of us eat raw foods occasionally, but it's certainly not the whole of my diet.

Hey guys I found a dead dog outside of my house that I think was hit by a car but I'm not sure and it was kind of smelly but I didn't want it to go to waste because Grok would have eaten it right (I think but I could be wrong I dont know) so I chopped it up and ate it since the primal diet is all about eating natural foods okay i'm going to go rub myself down in coconut oil and vitamin d and drink some rendered chicken fat bye bye.
