    Don't know how well i will do on keeping this up but here goes!!

    Goals:

    1) Eliminate sugar

    2) Eliminate diet sodas

    3) Exercise at least 4 days a week

    Day 1

    B: 2 egg omelet with sausage, bacon, ham, and home made pico de gallo


    L: Salad romaine lettuce, peppers, onion, taco meat and pico de gallo


    D: Grilled pork tenderloin, slaw, potato and onions and butter (not perfect I know)

    Day 2

    L: Salad romaine lettuce, peppers, onion, taco meat and pico de gallo


    D: Sausage, homegrown tomato's, Fried green tomato's.

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification


    WOD for day 1 was 30 minutes walking and a sledge hammer workout


    Day 2 was 30 minutes walking and 10 jumping pullups.
