    Hahaha, I call that a mistake I like omlettes and scrambled eggs too, but over medium is so dang easy for me, and as I mentioned I do love a runny yolk!

    My cholesterol shot up when I started PB. I started eating 4-5 eggs per day. However, some people say it was the saturated fat that is more likely the cause. I will find out on my next blood test. I reduced my egg consumption to 2 per day just to find out.

    at home I fry them to the point where they are a little brown and crispy mwa ha ha ha
