Monday, Aug. 3 - Morning 209.5 lbs, ate pretty primal, chest day at the gym
Aug. 4 - Morning 211 lbs. Bummer, oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day. Today is back day at the gym.

Aug. 5 - Morning 209 lbs. That's more like it. Today is shoulder day at the gym.

Thursday, Aug. 6 - Morning 208 lbs. Good. Don't know whether to have a rest day, there's a bluegrass festival this weekend and I don't think I'll get a workout there.

Friday, Aug. 7 - Morning 208 lbs. I'm in a walking boot style cast, calf strain. Tore the calf muscle about 2 months ago and have been re-injuring it ever since. It feels better so I go out and play, then mess it up again. The quack says to give it a couple of weeks to really heal. Primal style feeding should help me reach my primal challenge goal.

Tuesday, Aug. 11 - Morning 208.5 lbs. Another bummer, but variation of weight is probably normal. Let's hope the trend is in the right direction (down).

Wednesday, Aug. 12 - Morning 209.5 Double bummer. I can't figure out why I seem to be stuck. I'm staying pretty primal with the grub. Oh well, it's shoulder day at the gym. Forgot to mention that Monday was chest day, and Tuesday was back day.
