    L: Big salad with grilled chicken

    Tomato basil soup

    Trail mix


    S: 1 apple with almond butter and honey


    D: Sausage, pepper, and onion kabobs

    Cucumbers with sour cream, vinegar, and dill


    S: 2 pluots

    Coconut milk


    Exercise:


    20 minute elliptical trainer

    40 minute stroller walk

    S: Trail mix


    L: Grilled chicken

    2 pluots

    Steamed broccoli, red pepper, carrots, green beans


    S: Celery sticks with cream cheese, almond butter, and honey


    D: Large chopped salad with lettuce, tomato, peppers, onion, radishes, olives, chicken, bacon, hard boiled egg, and cheese with homemade balsamic viniagrette


    D: Frozen coconut milk with peaches


    Exercise:


    45 minute stroller walk

    When you say stroller walk do you mean you are walking with your empty stroller, prepping for the baby? Neat idea.

    Hi FlyNavyWife,

    I actually heard about the frozen coconut milk with peaches on this site. It is quite tasty! I have a 10 month old son, as well as one on the way, so I walk with him in the stroller.

    Ah, that makes sense. I wasn't sure if you already had a baby or not. I have heard of people walking with a stroller with no baby in it though, especially if they have a dog they want to get used to the situation before the baby is born.

    Man, I took a stroller (with a baby in it. haha) for a walk today... much more intense than without. Those things are hard to steer! It was a jogging stroller but the front wheel doesn't pivot for some reason... weird.


    Sauteed zucchini = yum.

    The stroller takes some getting used to at first, and definitely adds resistance!

    Spinach salad with olives, onion, red pepper, carrots with homemade balsamic viniagrette
