Is Freeletics, coaching option, considered too stressful?
From the primal point of view, is it considered too stressful?
I have lost and kept off my weight but now I want to lean out more.
I like the free Freeletics options but I want to step it up.
I do not like exercise for the sake of it but I want to reach my goal of a leaner mid section.
Btw I am 50, if that matters.
I think I answered my own question after researching more. I read a number of complaints about the amount of longer distance running. I think I will pass on the coach option and stick with the free workouts.
