A whole minute increase...in only a day?!
So I ran a 1.5 mile yesterday in 11:30. Today...I just ran the 1.5 in 12:30.
How in the world is this possible?!!!!
I didn't eat anything today other than few apples and bananas and oranges...shouldn't matter tho!

Some days you got it, some days you don't. I betcha you could have gone faster if a wild boar was chasing you.

Napoleon79,
You can't run the same hard effort day after day and expect to maintain or even improve performance. You need rest days and lower intensity days to balance out your running.

Napolean,
I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you consistently post a slower time. SoleSurvivor hit it on the head. Rest days for balance....Rest days are when you become stronger...let your body naturally do its job.
