Walk - 30 minutes
This is my second Primal challenge! This year I'm going to try and fine tune what I've been doing over the last year.

Added an hour of yoga after work.
All primal, all day.

Goal today: Push back bedtime 15 minutes - from 10:30 to 10:15. Monthly goal: Get that bedtime to 9:30.
Exercise today: done - 22 minute walk. Tried to hit all the hills in the 'hood.
