I have a meat eating situation. I didn't have it before I was low carb ,then zero carb so I used to eat alot of meat. But then I went plant based for 3 months. Now whenever i eat meat or anything with meat my skin breaks out, I got 5 huge pimples the day after I ate chuck roast. On another day my skin broke out because I ate something with sausage. What do you suggest I do to reintroduce meat besides grassfed meat ( it is out of my price range)? Btw I lost 30 lbs with low carb and another 25 with plant based. I am missing the meat though.
