To conceive or not to conceive?
Greetings, everyone. I apologize in advance if this is not the place to post this question.
I know this may sound a bit cold, but I was wondering if pregnancy affects a woman's health in the long run. Is it particularly beneficial for the fertile female human body to have given birth once before menopause? I cannot believe that it makes no difference.
If anyone has any knowledge or resources about the topic, please share!
I don't have any study links for you but I remember reading more than once that breastfeeding could reduce the incidence of breast cancer and my OB told me that getting pregnant can reduce period pains because it stretches the uterus and my mother agrees that it worked for her.
