Don't want to lose weght!
I'm Paolo from Italy. I started Primal 1 month ago and I'm enthusiast about the results, but I only have one worry. I'm very slim (6.2 feet 176 lbs) and I'm still losing weight. I'm eating a lot of almonds, lard, butter, eggs plus the normal meals but I don't gain weight. Is there a commonly used strategy for this issue?
Lift some heavy things.. If you are losing weight, your body has been holding onto excess energy (fat) that it doesn't need, now that you are eating well. Adding muscle is the next step..
