I'd say no. Olathe corn is still corn; it is still a grain. Its sweetness is probably a factor of all the starch that its kernels contain. It is also most likely filled with a plethora of delicious anti-nutrients, lectins, starches, and incomplete proteins. You can eat many things raw, but that do not make them primal (raw corn is probably even worse in the anti-nutrient department versus is cooked alternative).
