Pork shoulder in my electric smoker. I know it's kinda cheating but at least it burns wood chips, not pellets. I love it when I don't have time to tend a fire. I just set the temperature and pull out the shoulder 12-14 hours later.

I'm sure there's plenty more we could agree on. I'm really pretty easy going.

I've had this little smoker for at least 15 years. It's made by Cookshack and I would recommend it to anyone. It wasn't cheap but it has paid for itself 10 fold. I've smoked hundreds of pounds of fish, meats and game in it over the years and it still works as good as the day I bought it. Maybe even better since it's so well seasoned. It only failed me one time when I was trying to use it when it was 9 degrees outside. The thermostat could not handle it and it shut down. It must have some kind of fail safe built in because the next time I used it in warmer weather it worked fine. I was quite concerned though after the cold weather incident.
