On Thursday night I went to a cooking demonstration at Whole Foods. I had planned on avoiding any bread products, but figured it was a good time for the 20% rule. The third course was a fresh corn salad with tomatoes and a bit of steak. I ate less than 1/4 cup of corn, but oh how my body reacted!

On Friday, I was in the bathroom five times before 2:00 p.m. Yesteray, I was still experiencing after shocks.

When seeking definitive proof that grains are not good for you, have a wee bit of corn after being (mostly) grain free for a month. Wowza, I am definitely doing the right thing for my body by going primal. Thank you Mark and PB for helping me find my way to a much healthier lifestyle.
