What to do with these DNAFit results

So I ordered my test from DNAFit. The fitness results were:

    52% power/48% endurance
    High risk of injury
    Medium VO2 Max potential
    Very fast recovery rate

I've never been athletic, work a desk job, and currently don't get much exercise beyond walking a mile or two a day. I was hoping to use these fitness results to find an optimal sport or training style or something, but... I'm not sure what to do with this combination. Any suggestions?

Hope they didn't cost a lot cause it's fairly useless. Find something you enjoy and get at it. Lifting is a great base to any physical endevor of course.

I wonder what they base "high injury risk" off. Are there "injury" genes?
