    D: Stir Fry Chicken and Vegetables, Fish Oil, Resveratrol

    None


    3) Digital Distractions:

    Minimal


    4) Sleep:

    Got 6-7 Hours.


    Not missing grains or sugar at all...

    L: None (afternoon snack stir fry chicken/veggies)

    D: Chicken Enchiladas, Beans, Rice, Corn Chips

    None


    3) Digital Distractions:

    Minimal


    4) Sleep:

    Got 6-7 Hours.

    You seem to be doing well nutrition and digital-distraction wise (well, except for tortilla chips and rice). You're doing splendidly on the digital distractions front (I need to move more in that direction).


    I was wondering though if the paucity of working out in your schedule is due to some injury or if it is difficult for some reason. A good workout could help you sleep better.
