    Reduced appetite already?

    Hi folks, l'm looking for a little advice please.

    I am in my first week of eating this way and already I am finding my appetite reduced. I'm not hungry until mid morning and then if I eat again before dinner it is fruit. Is this how it should work?

    I'm also recovering from a nasty virus so I'm not sure if it is my change of eating or my recovery.

    I eat a small to medium meal around "lunchtime" and a large evening meal. This works best for me. As long as your getting enough calories it shouldn't matter when you get them. It might actually be beneficial to only eat once or twice a day. I don't think humans were designed to be in a perpetual state of digesting.

    I am enjoying the transition and trying to eat mindfully. I don't feel in any way deprived. I bet there will be points I find it tough but this first few days have been great.
