What is the best way of saving up? I'm curious as to the best way to do this. Is it better to just save spare cash in the bank or should I invest and go for stocks or bonds?

Depends how much you are able to save, how much risk you are willing to accept, what the aim is.

Thank you for your replies. A friend of mine uses this company but I'm wondering whether they're reliable and stable. Do you think my bank has information about these things? I'm planning to go see them next week in hopes that they can help me.

I am actually researching on mutual funds, bonds and stocks as well. I'd like to know which is workable for me too.

there are only about a billion books and websites for this.

    start with "investing for dummies".
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.
