To journal or not to journal
I have been trying to decide whether or not to start a journal but don't know if I will or not. I have never been one to write things down, and especially on a public forum. I see there are alot of journals on here, and was wondering how much it has helped. Does it help with accountability? Keep you focused? It seems like a good thing to do, but sort of makes me nervous. What are the benefits?
It is very helpful to me because I would not otherwise keep a food diary. This is so convenient and simple. Plus it offloads my computer in case of a crash. If you have weird symptoms or a strange condition develop while making the transition to PB, others can help. Try it you will like it....and become a slave to a journal and not a blog...Best, Chas
