I was at a CrossFit Endurance cert this weekend, so I haven't had a chance to post.


Friday - ate pretty well, but then had some naan at a happy hour, and then a froyo date after.

Saturday - ate pretty well, but then had alcohol in the evenin' followed by a burrito. Lots of running during the cert.

Sunday - ate mostly well, except a burrito from a taco truck at lunch.
