    Day 6:

    D'oh, we ordered Indian food at the office:


    * Lamb, chicken tikka masala, lots of bok choy.

    * A few pieces of naan with jack cheese. It was delicious, but was it worth it? Definitely feeling some sort of carb brain drain right now.

    A friend had a birthday party, so I had a few glasses of bourbon + tonic water and vodka.


    Then, in my drunken stupor, I ate a burrito and some nachos.


    Well, back at it on Day 7. Started off the day with a WOD:


    Front Squat 5-5-5

    AMRAP 10: 10 inverted burpees, 10 pullups, 10 burpees

    Rest of Day 7: Two Paleo kits, then a tri-tip salad for dinner @ Pluto's

    WOD: 5 rounds of 7 sets of the sequence:

    Power snatch

    Snatch balance

    Sots press


    Breakfast snack: 1 paleo kit

    Lunch: Ground beef/turkey, pan fried tilapia, avocado, salsa, onions/peppers

    Dinner: couple cuts of steak and some leftover bok choy from Saturday

    Day 9 started out with a WOD:


    Run 1 mile, rest, Run 800m, rest, Run 400m, rest, Run 200m, rest, Run 100m. Rest = 5min


    Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, scrambled eggs, strawberries and lox.

    Lunch: Japanese vegetable stir fry, 3 pieces of a spicy tuna roll (d'oh)

    L: Rosemary chicken, asparagus, mushrooms, onions

    D: Salad w/ carnitas, carne asada, chicken

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification


    Oh yeah, Day 9's Dinner was a chicken salad (with Just Chicken from Trader Joe's) I snuck it four pieces of sushi. I ate a partial paleo kit later that night while watching a meteor shower.
