21 Days Primal - Day 2
Coffee with butter & coconut oil.
M1: half a plate of chicken wings and a large salad of wild greens & romaine with egg, avocado, bacon, tomato, red onion & blue cheese crumbles. Glass of Riesling.
M2: Finished off my salad from yesterday, plus a chicken and apple sausage.
S1: Rooibos tea.
Hip mobility stretches from Mobility Mod. That couch stretch is the best thing for my hips. Need to make that a regular.
I take breaks to walk outside when at work. 10 minutes each, twice. Did some speed cleaning of the house as well.
Same as yesterday with fine in the morning, annoyed by the end of it. Work was more stressful than usual today, so I've been craving the chocolate pretty hard. One day at a time.
Can't get enough of avocados lately and eggs on salads are my new favorite thing.
I've noticed I eat bigger portions now and I actually crave meat, which was always something I struggled with in the past.
Mentally I practiced memorizing some more Rubix cube algorithms and I've been reading off and on.
Feeling really tired, so trying for an early night.
