Rest day due to big trail ride yesterday for several miles in mud! Yay.

Watched Season 1 EP 1 Heroes from Netflix. yay killed Cable and I don't miss it! No more commercials.
Sleep: Had a 1 hour nap today, messed me up. I am awake and cant sleep at 1 am. /cry

D: chicken breast cooked in rendered bacon, then stewed in tomatoes, peppers, onions, spices, garlic and cinnamon; 1/4 sweet potato, cabbage slaw (vinegar)
WOD: Cardio Intervals 40min 1on1 DVD then went for a pre dinner sprint session with my 2 dogs.7 sets of sprints, about 100feet each with 2 min rest in between. The dogs were pooched. lol
S: 1/4c blueberries
L: Big ole salad + 1 can tuna with sirracha + capers
S: 1 chicken breast left over from last night + some of the sauce
D: 7oz grass fed sirloin steaks, asparagus and slaw, 1 glass of wine. (planned)
