Tuesday my day looked like:

Breakfast

Coffee with coconut (Weird thing happening with coffee; I haven't been drinking all of it. I don't have a taste for it anymore and don't need it to come alive.)
Beef Patti
One fried egg
2 pieces Phat Fudge

Lunch

Grilled chicken breast (oh yum)
Strawberries
Romaine
Balsamic dressing (homemade with olive oil)

Dinner

Small salad with walnuts
White wine vinegar and olive oil dressing (homemade of course)
Ah, two more pieces of phat fudge (my new addiction)

Exercise

Up and down the three flights of stairs throughout my work day about ten times
Walked home from work 55 minutes
