    Day2:

    early wakeup n to work:

breakfast: a biggass tunasalad which included my lessthan100%primal goatscheese, blueberries

will skip lunch and hit the gym instead- today is time for a traditional tuesday pullup-pushup workout.

I have some bloodpudding unfrozen from yesterday so dinner will be same as yesterday.

Most of my food comes from what i have stored in the house (a deepfreeze is a nice thing) n get from my garden n forest so sometimes i eat the same thing for a few days in a row, but i dont mind as i always eat what i really love

on day one i didnt manage to stop eating when i was full, so today i really will invest in listening to my body. Its a stupid habit that needs to DIE. Sleep was ok, 7 hours. Stresslevel a bit up from all the undone gardening and no time for it even today. Hope the weather holds for tomorrow

ok, yesterday was good as far as listening to my hunger goes. Some strawberries with whipped eggwhites were enough for supper. Sleep was excellent. Had nice adventure dreams n didnt want to wake up 0600- had 7,5 h of sleep.

Stresslevels because of undone gardenwork were still a bit nagging me yesterday. But i guess i just have to start doing smth today then, eh?

    Today is Day 3:

the eats will be almost the same as yesterday because i have still 2 prepackaged tuna salads at work that i have prepared in advance. Today i had one of those for breakfast with 100gr of blueberries.

Today at the gym i think i need to do a good shoulder-workout over a long time. Havent really concentrated on one muscle group in a long time and probably today will also be more like chest-shoulders-arms-abs mostly compound movements, but ill try and hit my shoulders more. Just feel like i want to.

after gym i will go and visit my parents-in-law. My FIL is home from the hospital for a short "vacation" so MIL is making raspberry pie. Ill be satisfied to eat the topping (raspberries cream and eggyolks) and leave the crust for doggie-dog

eveningmeal is going to have to be before 2000 today because i will IF tomorrow and have a late lunch w a friend at 1600. So thats a 20h IF. Ill also do a morning strengthsession tomorrow- sandbagging at the university gym

Went for a 20 min stroll in the forest behind my cottage last evening n just in case took a bag n knife with me. had to return home because i had simply underestimated the amount of chanterelles i could find. The rabbit pups (2) that had invaded my garden have grown so much. They r still afraid of me. Good that way.

so yesterday i managed to mow half of my lawn before ran out of gas (oh so primal isnt it?)...

Eats were excellent, even coffee at MILs was great because she is such a sweetie that she had made a berrysalad (straight from her garden) with a bit of whipped cream (no shugar ofcourse) especially for me.

today was a morninggym day- fullbody strength w a sandbag n klettlebells. lets c if i have to postpone the IF to tomorrow, there are visitors at work that we r supposed to have lunch with.

How are you doing with listening to your hunger? That's the exact same thing I'm working on right now. I really want a spoonfull of the almond butter in the fridge, but I had a great breakfast and am not hungry...it's getting easier to listen though as the days go by.

Oh and do you use a nut flour for your protein pancake?

    - its difficult, but i can definately make a conscious decision about stopping when i feel full. My problem has never been really snacking on something extra after a meal, but rather understanding that i dont have to eat everything on my plate. This week i have been trying to stop when im full even if i havent cleaned up my plate yet. Baby steps

    - the nut flour isnt important if i use mix for pancakes but i do add nut flour when i use the same mix for a making a cakebase.
