early wakeup n to work:
breakfast: a biggass tunasalad which included my lessthan100%primal goatscheese, blueberries
will skip lunch and hit the gym instead- today is time for a traditional tuesday pullup-pushup workout.
I have some bloodpudding unfrozen from yesterday so dinner will be same as yesterday.
Most of my food comes from what i have stored in the house (a deepfreeze is a nice thing) n get from my garden n forest so sometimes i eat the same thing for a few days in a row, but i dont mind as i always eat what i really love
