Collagen (Hydrolysate) + Glutamine Morning/Afternoon Cocktails: Is it okay?

    Shop Now
    Hi guys

So I started to incorporate Collage in the form of Hydrolysate and Glutamine to help with my digestion and what I suspect is leaky gut.

Will these two react or will one undermine the potency of the other some how? I know naturally both these are found in meat so I would think they will work synergistically.

So is it okay to supplement both together?

    Thank you.

Collagen hydrolysate is the bomb and you should use it all the time.

As far as I know glutamine should have no affect on how your body uses the collagen. I personally never found glutamine to be helpful.

    Thanks,

I'm taking glutamine because I have heard it helps with aiding leaky gut.

When I started using daily gelatin it caused constipation, which was never an issue before. Been months of gelatin and it's still an issue.

Dunno what that might mean but yeah.

Low stomach acid maybe? I only suggest that because you don't eat many animal-based proteins. Plant-based proteins don't require as much acid or trigger the body to produce as much, I think.
