    Weight: 195lbs

    Intake: 10 eggs, 650g salmon, 3 tbsp coco nut oil

    Output: about two hours power walking

    Sleep: 10pm


    General mood: So-so, bit lazy to study till evening. Walked at the mall, smelling all that carbohydrate swill. Appetite hardly budged though. Might be the metallic-keto taste in my mouth. Why hasn't my weight been changing I wonder?

    Output: light walking

    Sleep: 10pm


    General mood: Bit weak in the morning, must've been the 20 hour fast (I ate at 1am.). Good weight-loss but I felt I needed to compensate if I wanted to lift. Average calorie intake is still pegged at around 2000. No studying today though, maybe tom. Maybe...

    Weight: 193lbs

    Intake: 400g pork

    Output: 45 min weight-lift:

    Inclined BP = 40/80 lbs x 7,

    Bent-over barbell rows = 40/60 lbs x 12,

    Squat to shoulder-raise = 60lbs x 6

    Sleep: 11pm


    General mood: Fasted light weightlift, planned on not eating but had a get-together with some friends. Managed to keep the damage down to about 400g of roast pork, not bad. 2 hours of dancing at night.

    General mood: Unproductive on the whole, just went out with family, but at least didn't succumb to movie snacks and pizza.

    Output: 45 min weight-lift:

    Inclined BP = 40/80/90/95 lbs x 6,

    Bent-over barbell rows = 40/50/60/65 lbs x 12,

    Squat to shoulder-raise = 40/50/60/65 lbs x 5

    Sleep: 12


    General mood: Productive, had a long nap. 3 hours, before lifting though...

    Uh, guy. But I ate heavy two days before that. I figure grok has to feast and famine. I eat only once a day usually. I heard fasting ups growth hormone release.


    Veggies = broccoli and mushrooms only heheh.

    NOTE: Interestingly my weight lifting has been easier now, both motivation and effort-wise. It seems my body has switched gene expressions almost fully.

    Fast. Going to the province tonight till saturday, hoping it'll be a real nature-trip. I heard this particular location has indigenous people who live a truly primal lifestyle heheh
