Look for ideas of what people eat prior to hour long workouts like boxing to ensure energy levels. Also, what is generally recommended post workout. Goal right now is body fat reduction without losing much muscle.

    Thanks!

ketosis means getting a steady stream of energy from body fat release so pre-workout food means very little. Eat whatever makes you most comfortable.

Post workout just get enough protein for rebuilding which is probably a given on keto.

An hour of boxing at high intensity may not be do-able on pure keto.
You may bonk and HAVE to go to pre-workout carbs.

MCT oil in my coffee before a fasted workout provides a nice energy boost. Can't say that I've tried it with a workout of such high intensity as boxing though.
