Yesterday - dried apricot, fresh apricot, avocado, coconut water (thanks for that tip - delicious!), spinach, greens. Carbs higher than I want - potassium up where I want - I think I'll just have to accept higher carbs and do more walking!
Sorry...but I see potassium pills as a cheap and quick way to combat legs cramps. However, I have not had the stomach problems that others have mentioned, nor any other side effects.
I have admittedly never tried coconut water, but I know bananas help in my case. However, if you train hard sometimes, the pills can do the trick quicker.
Try coconut water! You will LOVE it!!
I just looked up the nutritional information on broccoli. One stalk, 151 grams worth, has 14% potassium. So this ain't bad either. I LOVE broccoli
