none, as I went "un-primal" on my vacation in Aruba...nuff said.
Workout: Fit Test for new INSANITY workout -got my butt kicked!
B:Eggs w/sausage + Green Tea
L:Skirt Steak w/Mixed Greens
S:Apple w/mixed nuts
D:Protein Shake (rgbh free) w/mixed nuts (did not feel like cooking anything)
Workout: Crossfit Element Class - went over the following:
Hand Stand push ups
Kipping Pull up concepts
Sumo Dead Lift High pull
Did 6 rounds....tough one.

Rough weekend..I have been struggling with my primal eating.....due to bad planning.
