    Well done Fusebox....Im still waiting for my copy....after reading the book ill decide if i go full primal. My biggest concern is that im very used to having cereal for breakfast and some other carbs during the day...i dont eat much carbs though, maybe about 150 grams a day.


    Did you have trouble dropping grains from your diet? do you crave them? how is the BF%? is it really worth it to go primal...im doing it mainly because i want to get super ripped, the health benefits are a bonus. i know it should be the other way around, but at the moment im pretty healthy so thats not my main concern. So by going primal i wanna be sure ill be at least at 8% BF.

    I had no trouble dropping the grains at all. The first 3 days were a bit 'weird' for me --but I really haven't craved carbs since. Well after reading the book I am on board for all the health reasons in following such an approach, but of course I welcome the additional drop in BF%. I am more concerned now about FOOD in general and how they are processed and what I can do to avoid eating them---I am currently reading FOOD, INC...and all I can say is 'It's no wonder we are in the shape we are in'...

    I am currently averaging anywhere from 75g to 100g tops. I feel great and lack no energy.

    S: Green Tea (did not feel hungry for a snack)

    L: Chicken Breast 6oz. w/ avocado and salsa

    S: Almonds + Green Tea

    D: Salmon w/peppers + avocado and sunflower seeds

    S: 87% sq. piece of cocoa

    I'm always looking for ideas as well. I am not counting calories either ~ I am fine tuning my inner ear and listening to my body --period.
