I'm on Day 4 of my 21-day Challenge. All my life (I'm nearly 40), I've eaten horribly. The first three days of Primal Eating I had no notable issues or changes. But today I was incredibly irritable, grouchy, and angry at work. This is not normal for me--I'm always happy and smiling. Has anyone else gone through this at the start of their journey from being a sugar-burner to a fat-burner? I'm never really stressed-out, but I've got more than my usual load going on in my life right now. I'm just wondering if it could be the lack of sugar and caffeine, or if I'm taking on more than I can handle.
Like anyone cares, but here's a little blog I started for myself: https://sites.google.com/site/primalrsx/
You're detoxing and coming off an addiction. It will pass soon. Just keep at it (and just warn everyone in the mean time)

also, be prepared for restlessness! carbs help regulate sleep.
You can allay some of that by temporarily bumping up protein to a minimum of 50 g first meal of the day until you feel better. Whey is A quick source.
Thanks all! I do feel amazing and chipper today!
Enzymes which have been under-used and marginalized until now just need time to up-regulate.
