- continuing with at least 3 CrossFit workouts a week

- getting serious about primal nutrition: reduce sugar, eliminate grains

- lose body fat (currently 232 lbs, 18%bf)


day 1:


B: 3 eggs, bacon, avocado

L: Turkey meatballs w/carrot-broccoli mash

D: 2 chicken sausages, baby bok choy w/bacon, yogurt with blueberries, walnuts, dark chocolate

S: 2 pieces of cheddar cheese, glass of milk
