Just a tad insane. Partially nutzo, if you will.

These are the eggs I buy. They say they have 660 mg of Omega 3 and that their ratio is 1:1.
Doesn't that sound marginally insane?

I think they inject the individual egg with fish oil![]()

are they fish eggs ?![]()
I tried some of these to compare them to the Sparboe Farms eggs I have been eating. As far as taste, Sparboe Farms won, in my opinion. Sparboe's were also about a dollar less. However, Sparboe's only have 250mg of Omega 3, 300ug of Lutein.
A few times I bought some store brand eggs that have 400mg O3 per egg, that's the most I'd seen before:

But it's too expensive (over $3 a dozen), so I stick to my antibiotic-free, pastured eggs from the local natural food store. $1.19 for a dozen medium eggs - they're so cheap 'cause everyone wants large!
