    Day 1

    Food:

    B: eggs, 1/2 avocado, coffee

    S: prunes

    L: salmon, broccoli, walnuts, EVOO

    D: 2 chicken legs, broccoli

    S: sunflower seeds, raisins


    WOD:

    10 pushups, 10 lunge jumps, 15 squats

    12x in 15 minutes


    I feel good, energized, ready to take on the challenge!

    Day 2

    B: eggs, 1/2 avocado, coffee

    S: prunes

    L: poached chicken, broccoli, walnuts, olive oil

    S: 2 apples

    D: pickle, cucumber, meatballs, broccoli/cauliflower mix


    WOD:

    legs are sore from yesterday's workout...the workout's from gymjunkies kick my ass every time, http://www.gymjunkies.com/workouts-no-equipment/. So today I did a few sets of pullups with 1 min rest in between.

    10, 12, 7, 7, 12


    Hopefully legs are good to go for tomorrow...

    B: leftover meatballs, coffee

    S: prunes, apple

    L: spinach salad, bell pepper, poached chicken, oo

    S: apple

    D: 2 cans tunafish, blueberries


    legs are killing me, apparently my body isn't used to jump lunges/squats. hopefully can do some sort of workout tomorrow.
