    1/12/15
    21-day challenge begins
    starting weight of 169
    Tired and lethargic
    Exercise 2-3 x week
    Ate carbs and sugars 1-2 x week
    Drank 1-5 x wk
    High stress level
    Borderline hypoglycemia
    Borderline hypothyroidism
    Borderline anemia
    Dairy allergy
    Gluten intolerance
    Multiple infections annually
    Scalp psoriasis

    1/15/15
    Only slept 7.5 hours but woke naturally before my alarm.
    I moved every 30 minutes.
    First cheat...drank 2 glasses of organic red wine.

    1/16/15
    Only slept 7 hours due to ruckus outside early morning
    Have had jitters all day. I'm sure it's due to alcohol sugars and lack of sleep.
    Not craving sugar or carbs.
    Did 1 mile walk on lunch.
    Going to dance tonight!!!

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    1/17/15 day 6 and doing great!
    Second cheat...1 red wine and 1 glass of champagne yesterday, but drank lots of water.
    Only did 60 mins of 90 minute challenge today, but also did 45 minute weight training this morning
    Took a short nap since I have not had full 8 hours for last few nights.
    15 days left to form this habit!!!!
