prepare porkchops as you generally prefe. I cooked mine in a skillet with a bit of bacon grease

for the sauce:
coursely chop some onion. In a small skillet cook the onions in a bit of oil (butter preferably) dont completely carmalize the onions. Add some real garlic, salt pepper, any other spices you like. When onions begin to get transparant,pour in some tomato sauce and allow to simmer, when bubbles start to appear spoon in some sour cream and allow to simmer further (not enough to allow the dairy to curdle).
