    Hello all.

    I found out about PB about 5 years ago, one of the best discoveries in my life to date. Using the program I lost 120 LBs in about 18 months. Starting at 360 lbs, I worked my way down to 240 lbs. I fell off the wagon about a year and a half ago.

    I felt better, I could breathe easier, more energy, less health problems overall. Then life happened. I met a beautiful woman, fell in love, got married, got fat(er) again. While I wasn't small at 240, I was better. So, on new years I stepped on the scale. I gained 40 lbs back. It is time to fix myself again.

    I am 42 years old, male, 5' 11" tall.
    I am wearing between a 38" and 40" waist pant.
    I am wearing a 2 to 3X shirt.
    I weigh in 280 lbs as of January 4 2015.

    My goals for 2015.
    I will fit into size 36 pants.
    I will fit into a XL shirt
    I will lose 60 lbs or better.
    I will have hips.

    My purpose on this forum is to record my progress. I gladly accept any advise or constructive criticisms. I will gladly give the same if asked.

    I am not 100% primal, but I am as primal as I can get with my life.

    Sunday Jan 4.
    Weigh in 8:30 am 280lbs
    Breakfast Coffee

    Lunch
    1 Can of Sardines
    1/4 bag of Fried Pork skins (I love those things)
    Lots of water for the day.
    No real exorcise.

    Snack
    1/4 cup raw almonds
    Large glass of water

    Supper
    Speghetti Squash Baked with olive oil, sea salt and pepper
    3 Cheese pasta sauce (Brand Unknown) with ground turkey. Seasoned with crushed garlic, onion, and a dash of cayanne powder.
    Cocktail = Tequilla on ice approx 5 oz.
    Large glass of water before bed

    Monday January 5
    Weigh in 6:30 AM 279.2 LB

    Breakfast
    2 Eggs Scrambled
    1/2 Cup of cheese (Colby Jack Shredded)
    3 Slices of Bacon
    1/4 Avocado
    Coffee

    Lunch
    Leftovers
    Speghetti Squash Baked with olive oil, sea salt and pepper
    3 Cheese pasta sauce (Brand Unknown) with ground turkey. Seasoned with crushed garlic, onion, and a dash of cayanne powder.
    Large Glass of Water

    Snack
    1/4 Cup Raw Almonds
    Large Glass of water

    Supper
    Corned Beef (Crock Potted)
    Sugar Snap Peas
    Butter
    Large Glass of water

    Snack
    Roast Beef

    Exercise
    Chair Push Ups 3 Sets 10 Reps

    1800 Calories
    46 Carbs

    Note: Cutting way back on cheese and any other dairy products. Reducing alcohol intake a lot. No more cocktail after work. Maybe as a treat on Friday nights.

    Tuesday Jan 6

    Joining the gym. My wife is starting her program as well. New gym, not open yet. Hopefully tomorrow night I can start on an exercise program.

    3 Strips Bacon
    1/2 Avocado
    Coffee
    Large Glass of water

    Left Overs Again

    10 Oz Roast Beef
    1 Cup Dannon Greek Yogurt

    Supper was very early so for a before bed snack
    2 Hard boiled eggs
    4 Oz Corned Beef

    Exercise notes: Doing 3 sets of chair push ups 10 reps during the work day. Also sprinting up and down the stairs at the office. 1 flight of stairs 10 to 12 times a day. Even that is difficult, I didn't realize how bad of shape I am.

    Supper
    Pork Loin Fillet 6-8 oz
    Broccoli 2 cups
    Butter 3-4 pats

    Snack
    Corned Beef 12 oz +
    Roast Beef 10 oz +
    Hard Boiled Egg 2
    Coconut Oil 2 Tablespoons

    I think I am going through carb withdrawls. I feel like I am starving, even though I have eaten enough to make my stomach hurt.

    No weight loss, feel like hell. Stomach is upset. Ate too much last nigh obviously. At least the craving has stopped. Not hungry at all this morning.

    Breakfast
    Coffee. Lots of coffee.
    Had 2 Tablespoons of coconut oil just for the calories and fat.

    Snack
    15 Almonds

    Lunch
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs
    1 Cup 50/50 Spring Greens / Lettuce
    Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing
    6 Oz Roast Beef
    Large Glass of Water

    Snack
    Oikos Non Fat Yogurt (Have to find the whole yogurt soon)

    Dinner
    6 Oz Pork Loin
    15 Almonds
    Large Glass of Water
