Yogurt IS dairy. And yes you CAN eat it, if you want. I want to, but it gives me bubble guts, so I dont.
I tend to eat it at night because it is light on me. I kinda like it because it makes me go to the restroom early in the morning. I feel its healthier than eatting cereal or any other bad food that is not primal.
I do NOT eat yogurt but if your body can handle it then go for it! I will soon slowly add kefir and ghee to my dietBoth VERY solid choices. I also enjoy raw cheese in a very light moderation and can't wait to try raw milk.
