Hi all. Long time lurker. Just finished the 21 day challenge (sans most of the "periodically run fast, lift heavy" advice - more on why later, perhaps)

Feeling pretty good all over! Haven't lost an ounce on the scales, but my gut and (especially) love handles have shrunk noticeably! Wake up headache free (with the help of my anti-snoring mouthpiece and good dieting) now!

"I'm uh gonna keep on goin' " maybe I'll see am abs again one year soon!
