Has anyone heard of this fruit?... know anything about it's nutrients or anything?... my roommate introduced me to it.... it is kind of like natures candy (remove husk [wrapper], suck on until completed, spit out waste[seed])...

I guess it is known by a number of different things... ... where does this fit in the GI list?...
