    Small Omega-3 pills

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good Omega-3 supplement that comes in smaller pills?

My mom takes the MegaRed Omega 3 Krill oil softgels....they're pretty small-she has a hard time swallowing pills and has no trouble w/them.

You could try a liquid source of omega 3s. Such as this:

I would seriously consider the Carlson's liquid fish oil.

And another good one is Nutra Sea liquid fish oil.

The liquid fish oils are flavored with lemon, oranage, or apple and have no fishy flavor at all. They also do not give you the fish burps like softgels do.

Great, thanks everybody! Some of those are pretty pricey... is the stuff I get at Costco sub-par or something? (the small pill request was for the missus).

They're totally fine. Molecularly distilled, exceptionally pure (like virtually all fish oil on the market is). The only problem with most fish oil is the skewed DHA:EPA ratio. DHA occurs in higher ratios in nature which to me indicates that via diet, we should take in more DHA than EPA:

There are smaller pills out there but they're all ungodly expensive. I'd go for liquid....one of my docs below (click supps) has a fish oil ratio link that has links to iherb for reasonably priced options. There are some smaller high DHA fish oils available. I'd go wtih a liquid though like Carlson or Barlean's swirl (fish oil not CLO)
