Food:
B: coffee and a dollop of coconut milk
L: lamb souvlaki and Greek lager at the Greek Festival in Torrance, followed by an indulgent custard
D: leftover baby back rib meat, fried in butter with two eggs
WOD:
about 60 minutes of Les Paul Guitar
I'll put more detail later, but for now I just need to get something up here and join the accountability dialogue. Here's the general stuff that I'm doing:
Food: coconut milk with whey, cocoa, and ginger for breakfast; grass fed meat and onions for lunch; dinner changes
Supplements: multi, fish oil, potassium, magnesium, D-3, B-complex
Movement: weekday 20 minute walks, Saturday 90 minute walk, tabata once or twice a week (http://www.whointheworldarewe.com/20...ngth-training/)
Issues: lung crud, bad joints, blood lipids, minor repeating face rash
Successes: scale weight is stable (this is mixed), muscle is increasing (I have biceps!!)
I'll put up an actual daily-esque journal later.
Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.
