    College Geezers food journal/ pic dump

    Ok let's try this out. I've been having great success already for the past 6 weeks eating primal/paleo. So far it's been super easy, I guess it was just time. I hope I'm doing it right.

    Today

    Typically I fast from 6pm until noon the next day, today I decided to have breakfast

    3 scrambled eggs eggs mushrooms sautéed in coconut oil 4 slices of bacon cheese, which I didn't feel like eating, mug of chicken bone broth.

    I tried deleting the duplicate post, but instead my dinner post was deleted.....

    At any rate this is what the family ordered for dinner

    Before, I would have ordered an entire large pizza plus maybe some wings for myself, instead I made this

    2 burgers, lettuce, mushrooms sautéed in butter, 2 fried eggs, some tomato and 1.3oz of some seriously stinky Gruyere...mmm mmm mmm. Looking past crap isn't even a challenge, and that's something that still surprises the hell out of me.

    Wednesday December 3rd

    Breakfast: nothing, faster until noon

    Lunch 11:30- spinach salad. Homemade candied pecans, goats cheese, maple balsamic dressing. Mug of chicken bone broth

    Thursday December 4th 2014

    Breakfast- nothing

    Lunch - 1230 3 fried eggs in bacon fat, 5 thin slices of bacon, heap of sautéed mushrooms.

    Dinner- 7:30 half Costco roast chicken, heap of spinach 4 mushrooms sautéed in bacon fat & garlic. Small piece of stinky Gruyere cheese.

    I hate to say it, but I have to agree. I eat more than this and I'm an 80 pound female.
