Hey all, just for my own interests I'm collecting data on the psychological changes experienced when going primal/paleo. It's low tech but I've put up a few polls on my site. I also plan to post the experiences of people who have gone primal who have experienced major shifts in their psychological health and sense of well being. I will also post any links to your personal websites if you have an experience to share.

I have a masters in social work and I'm interested in playing with some personal psychological research to add to data that primal living greatly improves resilience, especially for those who suffer psychiatric problems and addictions.
