    Cacoa nibs and Cacoa butter - What now?

    Primal Fuel
    Out of curiosity I bought a big bag of cacao nibs and a bag of Cacoa butter curls from the health food store in town. On their own the nibs taste a little too bitter to satisfy my sweet tooth and I have no idea what to do with the butter. Does anyone have any recipe ideas for these ingredients that don't require sweeteners?

    Without the addition of sweeteners cocoa has more in common with coffee. The butter is good to add to things you want to remain firm at room temperature. I add it to truffles (but then there's the sweetener issue) or body care products.
