    Are these foods low FODMAP?

    Can someone please tell me if these foods are low fodmap. Thank you

    Coconut, meat, fresh, grated
    Tamarind, pulp
    Bittermelon/bitter gourd, fresh, cooked
    Jujube berries, raw
    Turkey berries, cooked
    Cashews, raw
    Almonds, raw
    60% dark chocolate
    Black coffee
    Jaggery
    Drumsticks, cooked
    Taro leaves, cooked
    Sugar cane juice, fresh
    Thai eggplant, cooked
    Sapodilla, raw

    The nuts after probably the most problematic.

    But why are you asking?
    Usually you should feel it if you ate something that your gut can't handle.
    What to do: Eat real food, enjoy your food, get out into the sun as often as possible, move around, sleep well and early (like before 11 p.m.), have health as your main goal.

    You are probably going to fail if you: Restrict carbs or fat or calories, avoid fruit (because sugar derp), punish yourself with diet/exercise, have weight loss as your only goal,....
