30 Day Reboot
Been eating loosely primal for a while. Primal, in the sense that I don't eat grains, or lots of sugary foods, or crappy hydrogenated oils, and I eat lots of good quality meat and greens. Loosely, in the sense that I eat grains, sugary snacks, and food made with crappy rancid oils, lots of poor quality meat, and occasionally some greens.
I'm a total sugar addict, and I'm prone to joint pain, which lately has come back. And I've been sleeping bad lately, which is very unlike me.
This is a journal of a primal reboot where for 30 days I will be sticking to strict primal fare, zero alcohol, and cutting back on caffiene.
Initially, I'm going keto as I hope this will help me cut the sugar cravings out.
Day 1, Breakfast
Going for ketosis so I can cut the sugar cravings more easily. I usually like a little maple syrup on bacon and eggs. Anyone suggest something that might do as an alternative?
Cycling to work now feeling really positive about this.
