    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification


    Ex: Physical therapy for the herniated disk. Biked to and from.


    B - 2 eggs, 1 sausage patty

    L - Roast beef, 1.5 cups blueberries

    S - Raspberries and Almonds

    D - Chipotle Carnitas Salad with guac and tomatillo salsa. no dressing.


    2 caps of fish oil at B L and D

    Ex: A few pull ups, A few dips around lunch. Swam 300 yards.


    B - SBUX Large whole milk latte, two eggs, 3 bacon.

    L - Roast beef, strawberries

    S - Blueberries and Almonds

    D - Pizza (thin), short ribs and risotto, red wine


    2 caps of fish oil at B and L.


    Not too good on the Carb Curve today. Tomorrow will be better.

    Ex: None, some walking in the neighborhood.

    L - Roast beef, strawberries

    S - Roast beef, rasperries, almonds

    D - Beer battered cod, sweet potato fries, 2 glasses of white wine.

    L - Roast beef, blueberries, almonds

    S - Roast beef, almonds

    D - 5 beers


    2 caps fish oil with B and L
